Rental Requirements
Renters must be 21 years of age or older.
A valid driver’s license and proof of full-coverage insurance are required at the time of pickup.
Rental Period
Your rental includes 24 hours from the scheduled pickup time to the return time.
Vehicles returned after the 24-hour rental period are subject to additional rental charges.
Mileage
Each rental includes 120 miles per day.
Additional mileage will be charged at $3.00 per mile.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
The security deposit will be held for 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned to allow time for any pending E-ZPass tolls, parking or traffic tickets, damages, or other applicable charges.
If no additional charges are incurred, the remaining deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
Vehicle Responsibility
The renter is responsible for any damage, excessive wear, traffic violations, tolls, parking tickets, towing fees, or other charges incurred during the rental period.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
By renting a vehicle from Echelon Motions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this rental policy.
